Our bodywave bundles are made from 100% virgin hair, designed to give you the ideal blend of fullness, softness, and natural flow. The body wave texture creates an effortless look that transitions seamlessly from everyday wear to special occasions.

Each bundle is drawn for consistent thickness from root to end and carefully selected for long lasting wear. With proper care, the hair stays smooth, shiny, and bouncy, whether styled naturally or with heat.

Hair Care Instructions 

Your extensions should be cared for just like your natural hair. Proper maintenance will help preserve softness, shine, and overall longevity.

Product Use

• Less is more. Apply light amounts of product to prevent buildup and avoid weighing the hair down.
• Stick to nourishing, lightweight oils such as Argan, Almond, or Coconut oil. Use 2-3 times per week or whenever the hair feels dry.
• For styling and frizz control, Argan oil works best, while Almond and Coconut oils provide deeper moisture.

Washing Routine

• Cleanse your extensions every 2 weeks using a sulfate-free shampoo.
• Always shampoo with lukewarm water to protect the hair, cuticles, and scalp.
• Gently smooth the shampoo through the hair using your palms in a downward motion. Do not scrub, twist, or bunch the hair, as this can cause friction and damage.
• Rinse thoroughly, then apply a generous moisturizing conditioner from the wefts down to the ends.

Moisture & Hydration

• While the hair is still damp, apply 2-3 drops of a natural oil (Almond or Coconut) to seal in moisture and help nourish the cuticles.
• Avoid heavy or drying ingredients such as sulfates, isopropyl alcohol, formaldehyde, and propylene glycol, which can strip the hair over time.

Styling & Heat

• Always apply a heat protectant before using hot tools.
• Be mindful that longer lengths may have finer wefts, so gentle handling is key.

Night Care

• Protect your extensions while sleeping by using a satin bonnet or sleeping on a satin pillowcase to reduce friction and tangling.

Color Services

• If you plan to bleach or color your extensions, professional coloring is strongly recommended to maintain the integrity of the hair.

Click and Collect 

If you select Click and Collect, this means your hair will be ready at our studio for your appointment.

This option is for clients with or without a booked appointment.

Shipping Details

Because our bundles are custom prepared and not mass produced, please allow 4-6 business days for order processing, not including shipping time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details within 5 business days.

Please note that all deliveries require a signature. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, your package will be held at your local courier depot for pickup.

Click and Collect 

If you select Click and Collect, this means your hair will be ready at our studio for your appointment.

This option is for clients with or without a booked appointment.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our product and hygiene regulations, once purchased, wigs, frontals , bundles and closures cannot be refunded. Refunds and exchanges are NOT offered on any product as all of our products are final sale. We offer no warranty or guarantee: if you damage your frontal , bundles or closure in any way , we are not liable and will not offer you a refund or exchange.

Please look at our after care section which helps guide you into properly taking care of your hair extensions. Any chemicals or hair products that you use is out of our control. Please ensure that you test all hair products before using it on the hair as this can cause damage. We are also not responsible for any damage caused by over bleaching or hair dye. We suggest seeking professional help when dying your hair extensions.
