Hair Care Instructions

Our HD lace closures and frontals are crafted with an ultra-thin, delicate lace that requires gentle handling. Because of the fine construction, it’s important to avoid pulling, excessive tension, or rough maintenance that could cause tearing or small holes in the lace.

For the most natural and flawless finish, we recommend properly customising your HD lace closure or frontal , including bleaching the knots. When bleaching, be mindful not to over-process, as leaving the bleach on too long can weaken the knots and lead to shedding or balding. Be sure to monitor the knots closely throughout the process and rinse promptly once the desired lift is achieved.

Click and Collect 

If you select Click and Collect, this means your hair will be ready at our studio for your appointment.

This option is for clients with or without a booked appointment.

Shipping Details

Because our hair are custom prepared and not mass produced, please allow 4-6 business days for order processing, not including shipping time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details within 5 business days.

Please note that all deliveries require a signature. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, your package will be held at your local courier depot for pickup.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our product and hygiene regulations, once purchased, wigs, frontals , bundles and closures cannot be refunded. Refunds and exchanges are NOT offered on any product as all of our products are final sale. We offer no warranty or guarantee: if you damage your frontal , bundles or closure in any way , we are not liable and will not offer you a refund or exchange.

Please look at our after care section which helps guide you into properly taking care of your hair extensions. Any chemicals or hair products that you use is out of our control. Please ensure that you test all hair products before using it on the hair as this can cause damage. We are also not responsible for any damage caused by over bleaching or hair dye. We suggest seeking professional help when dying your hair extensions.
